I am reading an interesting book called the Ryoho Way by Lisa Foster which incorporates Yoga and Macrobiotic eating ... it is sooo cool. It is supper inspiring for anyone interested in this combination for healing the body and mind. The yoga movements are quite regimented and repetitive. Definitely love the inclusion of Macrobiotics.

Bought some clay from the Clay Shed (Kunda Park, Sunshine Coast) recently. I was inspired by a Melbourne girl called Katia Carletti (what a great name!) who incidentally has the cuties (giant) brown rabbit. For anyone living in Australia, Barambah Milk is the kindest choice. It is organic and ethical. ...
There is a crazy process in the milk industry that no one tells you about where the baby cows (potty cows) - of milking cows - are sent to slaughter soon after birth. Very sad. And the Barambah company doesn't do this.
I rang around all the local dairies in the Sunshine Coast and they all do it (common practice apparently!!).
