It is supper inspiring for anyone interested in this combination for healing the body and mind. The yoga movements are quite regimented and repetitive. I was inspired by a Melbourne girl called Katia Carletti (what a great name!) who incidentally has the cuties (giant) brown rabbit. So Grace and I had lots of fun making cups and plates and lots of mess today. It is organic and ethical. ...There is a crazy process in the milk industry that no one tells you about where the baby cows (potty cows) - of milking cows - are sent to slaughter soon after birth. Very sad. And the Barambah company doesn't do this. I rang around all the local dairies in the Sunshine Coast and they all do it (common practice apparently!!).
